Frequently asked questions

Can't find your answer? Call us at 410-921-8104.

Are you accepting new patients?

Yes. We see new patients of all ages for primary care and mental health care. Call 410-921-8104 or book online to get started.

What insurance do you accept?

We accept most major insurance plans. Call 410-921-8104 or check our Zocdoc profile to confirm yours before your visit.

How much does a visit cost without insurance?

Rates depend on the type of visit. Please contact us at 410-921-8104 or check our Zocdoc profile for current self-pay rates.

Do you offer urgent care?

No. Greater Heights is not an urgent care clinic. Call 410-921-8104 to ask about our next available appointment. For emergencies such as chest pain, trouble breathing or severe bleeding, call 911.

Do I need a referral for mental health care?

No referral is needed to see our psychiatric team. Some insurance plans may require one, so we'll check that for you when you call.

Which visits can be done by telehealth?

Therapy, medication management, follow-ups and many mental health visits work well by video. Physicals, vaccines, screenings and exams need an office visit.

Is STD testing confidential?

Yes. Testing and treatment are private and protected by federal privacy law (HIPAA).

What should I bring to my first visit?

A photo ID, your insurance card, a list of current medications and doses, and any recent medical records you have. For children, bring their immunization record.

Can I get my prescriptions refilled?

Yes. Call the office at least 3 business days before you run out. Some medications need a visit before they can be refilled.

Ready to be seen?

New patients of all ages are welcome, in the office or by video.
